Terms and Conditions:

PCL is required to navigate yachts!

Yacht return: Last day of the trip by 4 pm unless specified otherwise. The yacht must be returned clean and tidy, or additional cleaning may be agreed with the charterer - price CZK 500. CZK 500 per each started hour is charged for delayed return of the yacht.

Yacht turn-over to a new client: On the boarding day from 7 pm unless specified otherwise.

Payment: Please contact us when you know the date and you receive by return an advance invoice at 50% of the price. When the invoice is paid, your date will be reserved. The additional payment will be made on spot when the yacht is turned over, or by invoice 4 weeks prior to boarding (as agreed). 

Cancellation: If the reserved trip package is cancelled within 21 days prior to its start date, down payment will be fully refunded.

Cancellation 3-2 weeks in advance - 50 % of the price

Cancellation 2-1 week(s) in advance - 70 % of the price

Cancellation 1 week, or less in advance - 100 % of the price

Port: Dutch Marina Lipno, Lipno nad Vltavou

Berthing may be agreed at different location - any of landing stages, or in yacht docks for the entire stay.
